Thank you all for the kind comments on my previous pic. The "long story short" of my depressing life situation is: Water pipe in wall of my house go bursty, upstairs crawlspace go floody, downstairs ceiling and walls go soaky -- and half of my house go moldy & ruiny. Things will hopefully return to normal after 3 months & 60k (if I'm lucky). Until then, I'm a man without a country. Or a house, in this case...
